In this study we asked participants to evaluate three ideas for potential measures that authorities could take to reduce consumption of animal proteins. We tested three potential policy ideas, in order of intrusiveness: an informational campaign on the benefits of a vegetarian diet, changing the default food option in public buildings to vegetarian, and increasing the price of meat in relation to its environmental damage.
