We know that collaboration and support is key to transforming our food system.

This series will highlight a collection of our Region West's startups, featuring 3 questions and answers each. We will gain a simple understanding of the following:

Meet Sweethoven Biotech, an EIT Food startup from Germany that have created a sustainable dietary fiber that combines sweet taste and prebiotic properties. This is a healthy and sustainable alternative to normal sugar.

NuKoKo

Meet Nukoko an EIT Food startup from the UK, who are using faba beans instead of cocoa beans to naturally create a new type of healthy and sustainable chocolate.

Mangolade

Meet Mangolade, an EIT Food startup from Germany who are helping to cut food waste by upcycling organic mango seeds that would usually go to waste. These are then turned into sustainable and functional ingredients.
