Framework agreement for the support of EIT Food Education's Education Policy actions

We are looking for one or more providers who can deliver the following services:

  1. Conceptualise the Academy concept for 3 domains:
    1. Regenerative innovations/solutions for our Net Zero Mission
    2. Nutrition for our Healthier Lives through Food Mission
    3. Protein Diversification for our Reducing Risk for a Fair and Resilient Food System Mission
  2. The Academy concept is still under development, but it will include a strong industrial alliance, match funding, and focus on solving specific skills needs in a time bound manner.
  3. Education policy: conduct interviews with key stakeholders, report on key findings and learnings, to shape an Education Policy statement for EIT Food
    1. Engage with selected internal stakeholders, including the Public Affairs team, the Director of Global Relationships and the Impact Office.
    2. Engage with external stakeholders, including relevant representatives of EIT, selected EC DGs and national policymakers, in close collaboration with the Public Affairs team.
    3. Cultivate relationships with relevant partners on possible Academy concepts.
    4. Build strategies to forge alliances to support Academies while ensuring that efforts are not duplicated but strengthened.
  4. The reports and learnings should be presented to as to actively contribute to the shaping of the Education Strategy in line of the Education Policy learnings.
  5. Business development of key opportunities on the intersection of EIT Food Education strategy and education policies by the EC and national policies:
    1. Identify potential collaborators or clients at a policy level to identify needs where EIT Food Education can provide added value through its assets and capabilities.
    2. Engage with potential governmental clients (national, regional and at EU level) to identify further needs within the context of EIT Food Education’s strategy and Competency Framework
    3. Lead or support the development of bespoke offers to B2G clients in close collaboration with the Public Affairs team.

The framework agreement would include the development of the above tasks, and upon agreement for further execution of said services.

  1. Their approach to delivering the services listed above
  2. Examples of past work that demonstrate their ability to deliver these services, including demonstrable experience and expertise of the EIT/KIC environment in the field of Education
  3. A projected timeline and budget
