Viaggio nella filiera: nuove rotazioni, suolo coperto e colture (sempre meno) minori.

Two days of training on virtuous agronomic management practices, "minor" crops, and the supply chain as a market tool to facilitate and enhance regenerative farm management.

The course will be taught by Andrea Fasolo (PhD and farmer with a focus on soil fertility and no-till cropping, ground covers and rotations, the kind of person who combines a deep practical experience with the skills of great communicators), Tommaso Gaifami (involved in coordinating and planning farm and supply chain transitions in different territories across Northern Italy), Maurizio Gritta (president of the IRIS agricultural cooperative, a pioneering entity and national point of reference for organic production and processing).
