Regenerative Food Systems: the role of data, technology, finance & risk

To achieve Net Zero goals and enable nature to thrive, we must transform the way we produce and consume food. Rethinking food systems provides us with opportunities to sequester carbon in our soils, increase biodiversity, increase the resilience of our landscapes and enhance food security. But how can we expect adoption at scale if we don’t look at this through the lens of Regenerative Food Systems?

Join us for this live event on 11 June as we delve into the concept of Regenerative Food Systems and how our EIT Food community is moving the conversation into action. Hosted by our CEO Richard Zaltzman, we're thrilled to welcome industry experts for this discussion: Sara Roversi, Founder of Future Food Institute, and Mirva Lampinen, Co-Creation Manager at VTT, an EIT Food Partner.

Together, we'll look at why regenerative practices must go beyond agriculture to include regenerative production, distribution, processing, retail, and consumption. We'll discuss how new and innovative regenerative practices can work together to make a real positive difference for people and planet, and the role of technology, data, finance and risk.
