The "Haus der Kost" aims to build on the success story of its role models Madhus Copenhagen and Kantine Zukunft Berlin. It is a consulting and coaching centre for kitchen teams in the out-of-home catering sector, who can learn together how they can use more seasonal organic food from the region around Munich in their daily work.
EIT Food will have a booth and bring 3 Munich Food Startups to the exibition area of the Opening Ceremony. Represented by Friederike Wagner (FEMIB).
