Do you have a start-up? Does your activity impact the agri-food sector? Do you have an innovative project, products, technologies or services?

The EIT Food Start-up awareness event will enable you to:

  • Go from idea to market
  • Benefit from expert mentorship to refine your business
  • Develop essential technical skills
  • Expand your network locally and Europe-wide

This event is organized by the Village by CA in partnership with the CCI Martinique.

Three mornings of training on November 29, 30 and December 1.

Directed at entrepreneurial talents and/or agri-food startups in the start-up phase, these training sessions will help develop your entrepreneurial skills, business model, problem-solving techniques, marketing strategy and data management. Business modeling, sales, pitch, marketing, customer discovery, global agribusiness trends, local support opportunities,... Many topics will be addressed by local and regional speakers.

Finally, a networking event on December 1st. that will bring together the local agri-food and innovation ecosystem: startups, investors, food companies, universities and research centers, policy, innovation agencies, agri-food companies, clusters, farmers' associations, etc. It will allow you to exchange on the current challenges of the local food system and to discover the activities of EIT Food.

Through this event EIT Food intents to get to know the local startup ecosystem and the main challenges pressing the agrifood sector in the country, presenting its work and programmes to the local entrepreneurs as a means to tackle such challenges, to boost the innovation capacity of the startups, to foster collaboration and build bridges between industry and entrepreneurship and to accelerate positive impact towards a more sustainable and resilient food system.
