Healthier Lives Trough Food - Workshop in Slovakia

The event will consist of a business forum, which will take place on June 11, 2023, and will continue with a workshop in Liptovský Ján for the next two days.

The purpose of the event will be to discuss issues of healthy food with representatives of several industrial sectors.

The aim of the event is to promote the activities directed at access to healthier, more affordable, products which balance nutrition with environmental footprint and use a more diverse range of proteins. We will support this change with better access to practical, useful information.

09:00 – 12:00 1/ Panel discussions with representatives from the following industries: Slovak Union of Bakers, Confectioners and Pasta Makers in Slovakia, Representative of the confectionery industry, Representative of the Slovak Food Chamber, Representative of professional associations, Representative of a manufacturing agro-food company.
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch
13:00 – 16:00 2/ Panel discussions with representatives from the following industries: Representative of the dairy industry, Representative of the non-alcoholic beverage industry, Representative of the poultry industry, Representative of the meat industry, Representative of the brewing and malting industry, Representative of the wine industry, Representative of manufacturers of durable dehydrated products.
