until Mon, January 15, 2024
Online

EIT Food is organizing a webinar that will provide our partners an in-depth look at the Deep Tech Talent Initiative, which is pursuing the goal of skilling 1 million talents in deep tech by 2025. The webinar, taking place on 15 January at 14:00, invites leading education and training providers, enterprises, financing partners and institutional partners to join the pledge to achieve this objective.

During the webinar, EIT Food partners will learn how they can contribute to the growing momentum of the Deep Tech Talent Initiative. The webinar will feature presentations from Francesca Barisani, EIT Community Outreach and Stakeholder Manager and Maarten van der Kamp, Director of Education at EIT Food. Specifically, attendees will learn more about the Initiative, how it works, and the benefits of joining the biggest European knowledge hub on deep tech talent development.

The Deep Tech Talent Initiative is a flagship program under the New European Innovation Agenda, the European Commission’s instrument to position Europe at the forefront of the new wave of deep tech innovation. The Initiative is also a key initiative of the EIT Community - a collaborative network comprising the EIT’s Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) that harnesses the collective expertise of the KICs to power innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity in Europe.
