On December 12th 2024 the Third Child Eating Behaviour Symposium will be held in Wageningen.

This year's keynote speakers are Dr. Carole Tournier and Professor Kathleen Keller.

Dr. Carole Tournier: Research engineer Food Oral Processing and Head of the ChemoSens Research Platform at INRAE (Fr).

Dr. Carole Tournier is a leading researcher at INRAE and head of the ChemoSens
research platform at the Center of Taste and Feeding Behaviour (CSGA). She
specializes in food oral processing, modifying food texture for infants, flavour
perception interactions, and fostering infant food texture acceptance.

Professor Kathleen Keller: Professor, Department of Nutritional Sciences, College of Health and Human Development, Penn State University(US)

Prof. Kathleen Keller is a professor in Nutritional Sciences and Director of the Metabolic Kitchen and Children’s Eating Behaviour Laboratory at Penn state University. Her research focusses on eating behaviors and taste preferences in children and the underlying neural mechanisms and genetics as well as food marketing and childhood obesity.
