This workshop aims to enhance students’ skills in integrating business planning with technical product development. Participants will learn the key components of business plans, understand the differences between business plans and business models, and improve their presentation skills. Through a hands-on approach, students will develop a comprehensive business plan for a real-world food industry case study.
The aim of this workshop is to increase innovative students competencies in connecting business planning elements with technical aspects of product development as well as to understand the business plan components and key factors, differences between business plan and business model and to improve on presentation skills of participants.
