About the event 

This event is dedicated to new innovations on the theme of balancing diversity within aquaculture and the wider blue economy. There will be presentations and pitches from multiple speakers from different platforms, academia and industry, giving aquaculture stakeholders the chance to share initivates and knowledge to encourage collaboration that will shape the future of European aquaculture. 

How is EIT Food involved 

EIT Food's Innovation Programme Manager, Mercedes Groba, will be talking at the event as part of "Research - Industry communitries for "innovation in action" session where she will discuss EIT Food's role in offering support and best practices between industry stakeholders and seafood related research. Mercedes will share what EIT Food has to offer and where we have already helped to lead to innovations in the sector.
