Meet NuKoKo, an EIT Food startup from the UK, who are using faba beans instead of cocoa beans to naturally create a new type of healthy and sustainable chocolate.
1) What is your idea?
“We make cocoa-free chocolate from Fava beans instead of Cocoa beans. This means our product is a far more sustainable, affordable and healthier alternative to chocolate.”
2) Where can we find your products?
“Currently we are in scale up mode. 2025 is when we plan to launch to market as an ingredient's supplier to the chocolate market.”
